If you want to be part of a small focused mastermind group that meets once every six week to work on your business, rather than in your business, then this would be ideal for you.
Summary
Adeptio Fast Forward is a six month programme. It starts with a 1-1 with the programme leader where you identify your business priorities for the year ahead. You then take part in five Mastermind sessions with three other ambitious business owners (once every six weeks) where you will be challenged to up your game and to take the right actions to achieve the improvements you want in your business. You are kept accountable for your actions throughout and at the end of the programme you will measure your progress and leave with clarity over the next key steps.
What will I learn?
In this six month programme you will:
• Focus on where improvements are needed in your business (across 12 key measurement areas)
• Set yourself six weekly goals and be held accountable
• Take part in facilitated learning sessions to stimulate new thinking and reveal new possibilities
• Receive support, input and advice from the other group members and the programme leader
• See progress in key areas of your business
Format
This is a six month programme for a max group size of 5 people and we will use the following methods:
• 1-1 coaching
• Presentation
• Discussion
• Action learning
• Personal reflection and action planning
Investment
The cost to take part in the six month Adeptio Fast Forward programme is £375+VAT which can be paid in instalments.
